Responsibilities:

• Sell haircare products and hair extension
• Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments, to clients of all ages and hair types
• Be a positive team player
• Actively listen to clients’ preferences and suggest suitable hairstyles based on their face shape, hair texture, and personal style
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative and modern styles to clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment regularly
• Facilitate efficient and optimal time management while doing services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with each visit
• Collaborate with the salon team to create a positive and supportive work environment
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and stay abreast of industry developments

Requirements:

• Strong sales skills
• Proven experience as a Hairdresser, with a minimum of 3 years in a professional salon setting working behind the chair
• Proficiency in a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments
• In-depth knowledge of current hair trends, styles, and techniques
• Strong understanding of various hair types and their specific needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings, as required
• Valid cosmetology license or certification
