We are expanding our team and are seeking a motivated and experienced Qualified Hairdresser to join us.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent qualification).
• 1–2 years of professional hairdressing experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• High level of personal hygiene and professional presentation.
• Willingness to work weekdays and weekends as required.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced salon environment.

THE ROLE

As a Qualified Hairdresser, you will provide exceptional hairdressing services, client consultations, and professional styling. This is a full-time role where you will contribute to a dynamic, customer-focused team and help grow our loyal client base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult with clients to determine suitable hair styling options.
• Provide advice and information on hair products and after-care treatments.
• Perform precision hair cutting with scissors, clippers, and razors.
• Shave and trim beards and moustaches.
• Create specialist styles such as dreadlocks, braids, and extensions.
• Apply colouring, straightening, and chemical treatments (perms, relaxers).
• Maintain salon hygiene standards; clean and sanitise tools and work areas.
• Manage appointments, process payments, and encourage rebooking.
• Build strong client relationships to retain and grow the salon’s clientele.
