• Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Apply hair extensions and perform hair threading as requested by clients.

• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients and answering phone inquiries.
• Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and customer service.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
• Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
