About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Stylist to take ownership of their column and build a loyal clientele within a professional, polished and inspiring environment.

You’ll work with clients who value quality, consistency and a personalised salon experience, while contributing to a positive and professional team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring and styling services.
• Work confidently with Keune professional products.
• Provide every client with a premium and consistent salon experience.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base.
• Manage a busy column efficiently and professionally.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive salon culture.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques and products.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
• Conduct professional client consultations, assess hair condition and recommend appropriate services and professional products.
• Deliver a range of advanced hairdressing treatments in addition to cutting, colouring and styling.
• Comply with workplace health and safety requirements, salon policies and procedures.
• Support and contribute to the development of the wider salon team.
