QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser
• Must have a valid Ontario hairdressing/cosmetologist license.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, and treatments. (No curly perms)
• Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean work environment consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Experience with upselling services and retail sales is a plus.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of studio, workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on styles and products.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
• Upsell salon services and retail products to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with contemporary options.
