SKILLS

• Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including barbering and advanced cutting methods.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous.
• Ability to upsell services and products confidently while maintaining a friendly rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of makeup application techniques is a plus.
• A passion for mentoring others and contributing positively to team dynamics.

• Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling, tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Perform specialised treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application as required.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on hair care products and services.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Mentor junior stylists or apprentices, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their development.
