JOB SUMMARY

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Hairdressing Lecturer to lead the delivery of NVQ Level 2 & 3 Hairdressing qualifications under a fast-track model. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong technical ability, confident classroom presence, and a real commitment to learner success.
We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants. Part-time availability is typically 2–3 days per week, and we’re happy to discuss flexible working options for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured and engaging practical and theory lessons for NVQ Level 2 & 3 Hairdressing
  • Support learners through fast-track programmes, ensuring timely qualification completion
  • Conduct assessments, observations, and provide regular, constructive feedback
  • Track learner progress and contribute to individual learning plans
  • Maintain accurate records in line with internal and awarding body requirements
  • Contribute to curriculum development, quality improvement, and standardisation
  • Support junior educators (where applicable) and work collaboratively with the wider team
