SUMMARY

We are seeking an Assistant to join our team at Thair Organic Beauty located in the affluent neighborhood of Yonge and Lawrence. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our clients’ experience while supporting our mission of providing high-quality organic beauty services.

Experience:

• Assist clients with their needs and inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the boutique
• Support hair stylists and estheticians during treatments
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments
• Promote and upsell organic products to clients
• Handle retail sales transactions accurately
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a beauty or wellness setting
• Strong hair styling skills with knowledge of current trends
• Understanding of sanitation practices in a salon environment
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions
• Ability to upsell products and services effectively
• Experience with retail sales is an asset
• Proficient in front desk operations and appointment scheduling.
