JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling and barbering, with a flair for customer service and an eye for detail. This role involves providing exceptional hair services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients. The Hair Stylist will also have opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to the overall success of the salon. Please note these are self employed roles.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role within a salon environment.
• Strong skills in barbering techniques and hair styling.
• Background in customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Experience in front desk operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with eyelash extensions and makeup application is desirable.
• Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a positive client relationship.
