We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while providing high-quality hair styling services. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them achieve their desired looks. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of hair styling techniques, sanitation practices, and product application.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling beauty products is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: $19.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week

• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional recommendations.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with innovative styling options.
• Foster a positive environment by building rapport with clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
