POSITION SUMMARY   The Halal Executive is responsible for ensuring all food production, handling, storage, and service operations comply with Halal standards and certification requirements (e.g., JAKIM / MS1500). The role ensures adherence to religious, legal, and company policies while maintaining quality, hygiene, and operational excellence.  Work closely with Executive Chef / Kitchen Team, F&B Operations, Procurement, Quality Assurance.  Ensure Halal compliance is integrated into daily operations. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Provide assistance to coworkers, ensuring they understand their tasks. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Answer guest questions regarding property services/features and hours of operation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
