FINANCE OFFICE Half-time General Administration Assistant (Payroll team) (25260329) Responsibilities: Perform general clerical and administrative support; Assist in data input and medical claims review; Handle enquiries from staff; and Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Form 5 / DSE / HKCEE graduate or above; Good communication skills in English and Chinese; Responsible, self-motivated, well-organised and efficient; Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing; and Immediate availability is preferred. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term half-time contract (20 working hours per week) for a duration of 2 years.
