You will monitor the staffing grid and confirm if the proper employees are on the premises. You will investigate and take the appropriate lawful action, as directed by the company, any accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities and safety issues. You will communicate with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments in an effective manner. You will immediately respond to any situations of import, concerning safety. Requirements Hall Monitor Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent certification. CNA Certification Required 20-hour State of Illinois security course required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly developed de-escalation skills preferred. #321
