We are currently looking for a customer focused Hall Porter to join our front of house team at the award winning,Lime Wood Hotel. Lime Wood,is a boutique country house,set in the heart of the New Forest National Park. It is laid-back 5* luxury at its best,with Chefs Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder at the helm of the kitchen and a wellness spa within the grounds.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Hall Porter you will be the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see,working collaboratively with our reception team ensuring that our guests are provided with a warm welcome,attention to detailed service and fond memories to go home with.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Meet and greet our guests into the hotel,offering a concierge service in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Offer to carry guest luggage to their rooms.
  • Facilitate the parking of our guest’s cars.
  • Going the extra mile to meet guests’ requests and accommodate their needs.
  • Reporting to the Reception Manager for any other front of house responsibilities.
    Full Driving License is Essential. Experience in a similar,customer focused role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
