SUMMARY

We are seeking a Seasonal Associate to join our team at Party City. This role is vital in delivering outstanding customer experiences during peak seasons. As a Seasonal Associate, you will contribute significantly to assisting our customers with their Halloween needs. You must be available for evenings and weekends from October 18-31st.

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain merchandise displays and ensure store cleanliness
• Support inventory management by restocking shelves as needed
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products
• Participate in promotional events and assist with merchandising strategies
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Uphold company standards for customer service excellence
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time management skills
• Familiarity with merchandising principles is an asset
• Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work varied hours during peak seasons
