Hand Mixer = Production Operative
We are a busy frozen food dessert manufacturer looking for full time, permanent Hand Mixer for the mixing of creams, cheesecakes, truffles, and fonds.
This role will include working in the production areas of the factory assisting in the making of our frozen desserts.
The role will involve medium to heavy lifting of equipment, bowls, pans, and ingredients.

• Assisting in the making of Patisserie to Eaton’s specification and standard
• Hand Mixing of ingredients and Raw Materials to create our sauces, fonds, creams
• Follow recipes, methods, and specifications
• Weighing ingredients
• Operating mixing machines
• To produce each product so as to conform to specification by following trained production methods.
• To visually inspect each product at each stage of production before placing in freezer.
• Able to follow manual lifting processes to handle 5kg to 20kg weighted resources.
• Communicate effectively with your team and line manager
