Customer Service is at the heart of what we do, the Available Car shopping experience is built around the customer and as a Handover Specialist you will play a crucial part in the process, ensuring customers have the very best experience and making the moment special for them with a seamless, hassle-free delivery. Available Car is a family-owned Used Car Supermarket with 2 branches across the Midlands.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience working in a target driven environment is desirable.
  • A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
  • Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential to the role as you will be driving manual, automatic & electric vehicle.
    Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm
    Pay: £26,000.00 per annum + commission

Responsibilities
  • Confidently, professionally and proactively engage with customers in the showroom, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.
  • Make recommendations on products that meet the customers’ requirements.
  • Guide and support customers through the handover process.
  • Provide advice and assistance with any queries.
  • Liaise with the Preparation Team to monitor the progress of sold vehicles.
  • Check vehicles prior to collection.
  • Ensure all customers are contacted prior to their collection to ensure a smooth handover process.
