HANDS-ON DUTY MANAGER REQUIRED BY CLOVER SPA AND HOTEL IN ERDINGTON BIRMINGHAM.

Our small niche business is rated the number 1 hotel in Birmingham on Tripadvisor out of all 121 hotels. We offer good facilities and friendly service in our clothes free naturist friendly environment. All our staff are clothed at work and totally at ease with our mind, body and spirit wellness niche.
The job includes all aspects of a small spa hotel - customer service, cleaning, laundry, cooking, serving food and drink but above all making our guests feel special.
Hands-on customer service experience within hospitality and the working hours involved in this trade are what we’re looking for but above all we regard attitude to customer service most important.
This full time role will include short shifts, evening and weekend hours and would therefore be more suitable for a person living within easy reach of the hotel.
