OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and a strong work ethic, capable of performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role is essential for ensuring that properties remain in excellent condition, providing a safe and functional environment for occupants.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to maintenance tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites. I DO NOT PROVIDE A VEHICLE. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE!
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC systems is highly desirable.
