SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable and passionate Handyperson to assist with the day to day maintenance of a 5 star hotel.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day hotel maintenance as necessary
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on the Hotel’s mechanical equipment with particular emphasis on the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• General repairs in areas of carpentry, plastering, painting, basic low voltage electrical, plumbing, broken items & general utility skills (licence not required).
• Troubleshoot, diagnose & repair defective components.
• Assist in maintaining building systems.
• 24 hours per week, ideal for students!
• Rotating work week, including weekends.
