We are recruiting for a Full time Handy Person to work at Royal Court one of our 6 Lilian Faithfull Sites for 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday

RATE OF PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

As on-site Handy Person you will carry out general maintenance tasks and compliance testing to support the home. You will also be asked to assist the maintenance team should the need arise , Tasks will include, changing bulbs, repairing beds /equipment, decorating and other maintenance tasks, As well as temperature testing and carrying out fire alarm checks, whilst ensuring that all operations are carried out safely providing the utmost care to residents & other staff members. There will also be a requirement to drive occasionally, picking up prescriptions and dropping off samples.
