JOB TITLE: HANDYMAN / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST (PROPERTIES – DUBLIN)

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and skilled Handyman to join our team to maintain and repair multiple Airbnb properties across Dublin. This role is perfect for someone with a broad skill set who takes pride in keeping homes safe, functional, and welcoming for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general property repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Respond quickly to urgent repair requests from guests or hosts
• Install/assemble furniture, fittings, and appliances
• Troubleshoot and fix common household issues (locks, leaks, lighting, heating, etc.)
• Maintain tools, materials, and ensure all work is completed to a high standard

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role
• Strong skills in general repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, decorating)
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with attention to detail
• Flexible and responsive – available to handle urgent issues when needed
• Own tools and reliable transport preferred
• Good communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
