We’re hiring a skilled, reliable Handyman / Home Renovator (Subcontractor) to complete residential repair, maintenance, and light renovation work. You’ll handle day-to-day fixes and small projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Paid subcontract role with immediate availability.

What You’ll Do

• Repair and replace windows, doors, glass, and screens
• Perform general maintenance: minor carpentry, hardware adjustments, weatherstripping, caulking/sealants
• Inspect sites to identify issues, hazards, and scope of work
• Install basic fixtures, hardware, and small appliances as needed
• Paint walls/ceilings/trim; surface prep and tidy finishes
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and protected throughout work
• Collaborate with project managers, drafters, and installers to deliver on time
• Follow safety procedures and comply with all relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience as a handyman, home renovator, or similar role
• Solid knowledge of general maintenance techniques and best practices
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to troubleshoot on site
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Clear, professional communication with colleagues and clients

Helpful Skills (Nice to Have)

• Carpentry: framing/trim, cabinet installs, minor repairs
• Painting: surface prep, brush/roller techniques, clean edges
• Plumbing (basic): leak checks, fixture swaps, minor repairs
