We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Handyman/Labourer to join our team on a refurbishment project.

SKILLS

• Previous experience in a similar role desirable
• Good level of physical fitness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude towards health and safety regulations
• Previous experience in a labouring or construction environment preferred
• CSCS card preferred but not essential, however 2 references will be required if no CSCS card held
  Job Type: Temporary
  Contract length: 6 weeks
  Pay: £12.50 per hour

• General labouring duties including site preparation and clean-up
• Basic repairs and handyman tasks (e.g. fixing fittings, painting, small carpentry tasks)
• Assisting tradespeople on site
• Moving materials and tools as required
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Support the team in various tasks as required, adapting to changing priorities
• Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment
