QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Hands-on experience in residential and commercial repair and maintenance
· Past experience in handyman or building maintenance roles
· Strong skills across multiple trades (carpentry, plastering, painting, etc.)
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Ownership of a reliable set of tools appropriate for day-to-day tasks
· Valid White Card
· Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and willing to travel
· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
· Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
· Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Responsibilities

· Carry out general repairs, maintenance, and minor building works across residential and commercial sites
· Perform carpentry, patching, painting, tiling, and basic plumbing tasks as required
· Liaise with clients and office staff to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally
· Use job tracking software to update progress and communicate job status
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to WHS and compliance standards
· Identify issues on-site and provide practical, solution-focused recommendations
· Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all time
· Steady hours – no weekends
