JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable Handyman/Maintenance Technician for our housing rental complex. Duties include general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliances), preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and responding to tenant requests.
Requirements:
· Experience in general maintenance/repairs
· Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
· Good problem-solving and customer service
· Ability to work independently and perform physical tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.33-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
