Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, repair, and improvement of company-owned H-2A housing, residential properties, and warehouse facilities. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and remodeling tasks to ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair work at H-2A housing facilities, company-owned homes, and warehouses. Complete remodeling and renovation projects as assigned. Perform carpentry work including framing, trim work, and cabinet installation. Install and repair drywall, flooring, siding, doors, and windows. Perform painting and surface preparation. Conduct basic plumbing repairs and installations. Assist with concrete work and minor structural repairs. Perform roofing repairs and maintenance. Identify maintenance issues and report safety concerns promptly. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner. Follow all company safety guidelines and policies. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs. Requirements Physical & Sensory Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, roofs, and uneven surfaces. Manual dexterity to operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely. Visual ability to inspect work areas, read measurements, and identify maintenance issues. Hearing ability sufficient to communicate with coworkers and hear alarms or equipment sounds. Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to dust, noise, heat, cold, and weather conditions. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and respirators as needed.
