We are a homegrown manufacturer of ice cream and gelato, soft-serve premixes, and ready-to-eat bakery solutions. These are offered under our brands, Oishi and Artisertz , or as OEM products. Our facility is FSSC 22000 and BRCGS accredited, equipped with multiple production lines, and Halal certified. Our products are sold to both local and international clients across ASEAN.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.Certification or vocational training in relevant fields (e.g., HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work) is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.Experience in AC system maintenance is required.Familiarity with factory environments is preferred.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy items.Comfortable working in various conditions (e.g., heights, confined spaces, or outdoors).
• Personal Traits: Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Proactive and able to work independently.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Handyman is responsible for performing general maintenance, repair, and basic construction tasks within the factory premises to ensure smooth operations and a safe working environment, including air conditioning (AC) maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of factory facilities to identify maintenance needs.Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fixing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical issues.Ensure the proper functioning of doors, windows, lighting systems, and other fixtures.
• AC Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and servicing of air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with AC units, including electrical and mechanical components.Replace filters, clean coils, and check refrigerant levels as part of preventative maintenance.Coordinate with external contractors for major AC repairs or servicing when needed.
• Equipment and Machinery Support: Assist with minor repairs and maintenance of factory equipment and machinery.Report major equipment breakdowns to the maintenance team or supervisor.
• Building Repairs: Repair structural issues, such as walls, ceilings, flooring, and paintwork.Install or fix shelves, cabinets, and other storage solutions.
• Electrical and Plumbing Tasks: Replace or repair faulty light fixtures, sockets, and electrical wiring.Unblock drains, repair leaks, and ensure proper functioning of plumbing systems.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all tasks.Report any hazards or safety concerns to the management immediately.Maintain clean and organized workspaces during and after tasks.
• Support for Factory Operations: Assist with moving or installing equipment, furniture, or materials as required.Provide support during factory emergencies, such as electrical outages, leaks, or AC failures.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain adequate stock of tools, equipment, and materials.Request supplies or replacements when needed.
• Other Duties: Provide ad hoc support for factory events or operational needs.Assist other teams with maintenance-related tasks as requested.
