  • Ability to work independently and travel between multiple properties as required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Own basic tools (specialty tools provided as needed).
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and versatile Handyman to provide general property maintenance services across multiple locations. This role involves responding to on-call requests for repairs, upkeep, and minor renovations to keep our properties safe, functional, and well-presented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, possibly including but not limited to:
  • Basic plumbing (fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing fixtures)
  • Basic electrical work (changing light fixtures, outlets, switches)
  • Carpentry (repairing doors, cabinets, furniture)
  • Painting, drywall patching, and touch-ups
  • Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs
  • General exterior work (fencing repairs, minor landscaping, seasonal upkeep)
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify potential maintenance issues.
  • Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with property management about work status and needs for supplies or further repairs.
