Manage a 5 acres lakefront property, need to be versatile and reliable person for complete maintenance: 2 houses, pool, tennis court, garden, lawns, equipement and vehicles.
Knowledge of construction, electricity, pluming, and mechanics is an asset.
Full time position, with varied work depending on the seasons. It requires a good level of initiative and great manuel skill. Most of the time the person will work alone on the property

Recherche un gérant d’une propriété de 5 acres au bord d’un Lac. Une personne polyvalente et fiable pour l’entretien complet: deux maisons, piscine, court de tennis, jardin, pelouses, équipments et véhicules. Connaissances en construction, électricité, plomberie et mécanique souhaitées.
Poste à temps plein, travail varié selon les saisons. La travail demande un bon niveau d’initiative et comprend surtout du travail manuel. La majorité du temps l’individu travail seul sur la propriété.
Discrétion et professionnalisme indispensable.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
