We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to maintenance tasks.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general home repair techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention.
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
• Collaborate with other team members or contractors as needed for larger projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates.
