You will be responsible for responding to clients’ plumbing/HVAC/electrical job orders. To be an effective handyman, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidates’ talents. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing backgrounds and minor carpentry are a must. Job can be either Full time or Part time. Job Responsibilities Respond to clients’ job orders maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Repair and service plumbing. HVAC inspection and cleaning. Electrical and safety systems repairs and inspections. Maintain the cleanliness of company vehicle/company tools/company equipment. Help oversee company premises for cleanliness and any needed repairs. Providing our customers with top notch care and customer service. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role. Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems. Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment. Extremely organized with good communication skills. Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving. Must have own tools of the trade.
