The Role: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our growing team. You will be responsible for maintaining our portfolio of hotels and apartments to the highest standards, ensuring our guests enjoy comfortable and safe accommodations.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a maintenance operative, handyman, or similar role
• Multi-skilled with experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating
• Ability to travel across London using public transport
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
• Flexible approach to working hours including weekends and emergency call-outs
• Physical fitness for manual work and lifting
• driving licence

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in hospitality or hotel maintenance
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
• PAT testing accreditation
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Basic knowledge of building management systems
