EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and methods.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
