We are seeking a Handy Man/Woman to join our team at DH Westview Properties Ltd. This role is essential for maintaining the quality and functionality of our residential properties in the community. The Handy Man/Woman will be responsible for various maintenance tasks, contributing to our commitment to excellent property management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong command of English for effective communication with tenants and team members.
• Valid Driver License and Vehicle.
• Undergo Personal Screening and Background Check

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties.
• Knowledge of Plastering, Painting and Drywall.
• Minor plumbing experience.
• Fabricate and install fixtures or components as needed.
• Conduct minor electrical repairs and maintenance, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Flooring and Tiling.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
• Demonstrate leadership skills while working independently or as part of a team.
