We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of schematics, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics for various systems.

• Familiarity with CMMS software for effective maintenance tracking.
• Experience in welding techniques and practices.

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various facilities and equipment.
• Fabricate components as needed to support repair and maintenance tasks.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.
• Perform welding tasks when necessary for repairs or fabrication.
• Supervise and coordinate with other maintenance staff or contractors on larger projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
• Address customer service inquiries related to maintenance issues in a professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with logic controllers and other mechanical systems.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
