Location: Calgary - Sage Hill
Schedule: 3 days/week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $30/hour
We’re a Calgary-based residential construction and development company looking for a reliable, versatile, Handyman to support ongoing service work and mid-scope tasks across on our site. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tidy, and confident working independently on a variety of tasks.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Drywall patching and touch-ups
• Painting and caulking
• Basic carpentry repairs (steps, trim, door hardware, door hanging)
• Appliance setup (washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.)
• General maintenance work
• Minor plumbing (faucet install, water line connections)
• Minor electrical (switches, light fixtures, smoke detectors)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Alberta driver’s license + vehicle
• Your own basic hand/power tools (saws, drills, multi-tool)
• Ability to pass a criminal record check
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and site cleanliness
• Can work efficiently without supervision

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Background in restoration or renovations
• Experience with basic home systems (plumbing/electrical)
• Comfortable interacting with homeowners in occupied units
