REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role
• Skills in painting, wallpapering, joinery, and garden maintenance
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A full UK driving licence (essential – company vehicle provided)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking two experienced handymen to join our team, each responsible for a group of designated homes. You will play a key role in ensuring our residential properties are safe, well-maintained, and presentable.This is a varied role requiring skills across general maintenance, decorating, and gardening. You will be expected to carry out a wide range of repairs and upkeep duties both inside and outside the buildings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General maintenance and repair tasks across assigned homes
• Painting and wallpapering rooms and communal areas
• Basic joinery and handyman tasks
• Garden maintenance and outdoor upkeep
• Reporting issues and completing job records as required
• Working independently and managing your own daily schedule
