Job Description We’re seeking a reliable and hands-on Handyperson to support the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel. Working closely with our Engineering team, you’ll help keep the resort running smoothly, ensuring all areas are well-maintained, safe, and guest-ready. From painting and presentation upkeep to routine inspections and general repairs, you’ll enjoy a varied role where your work makes a real impact. Key Responsibilities Carry out painting and presentation touch-ups across guest rooms and public areas Perform general maintenance across plant and equipment Complete routine inspections and identify faults or repair requirements Support preventative maintenance programs and daily plant checks Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of completed and outstanding tasks Liaise with team members and contractors to minimise disruption to guests Qualifications Strong painting skills with a focus on quality finishes and presentation Hands-on experience across general maintenance, including door locks, safes, air-conditioning cleaning, and pool maintenance Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable, team-focused, and committed to a positive workplace culture Guest-focused with the ability to provide friendly, professional service Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Additional Information Why work for Accor?
