Job Description

THIS IS YOUR DAILY CONTRIBUTION TO AN EXCEPTIONAL GUEST EXPERIENCE …

  • Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, painting, HVAC, and general upkeep of hotel facilities;
  • Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and service areas are in excellent working order;
  • Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and staff;
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel equipment, machinery, and systems to identify potential issues;
  • Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and materials, and request replacements as necessary;
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for special events or room configurations;
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations;
  • Communicate effectively with each other to address urgent maintenance concerns.
    Qualifications

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO BRINGS BOTH TECHNICAL SKILL AND CREATIVE SPARK …

  • Previous experience working in hotels is preferred;
  • You’re a hands on, proactive team player who’s reliable, punctual, and ready to pitch in;
  • Experience in operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to accommodate flexibility with shifts;
  • Committed to keeping the hotel running smoothly – so every guest has a great experience.
