SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in gardening, maintenance, or a similar role.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to plan and organise workload effectively.
• A full driving license is required for this role.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and gardening tasks to ensure our locations remain safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for our residents. This role requires a proactive individual with strong practical skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and odd jobs within the location.
• Ensure work areas are clean and tidy after completion of tasks.
• Carry out gardening duties (where applicable) to maintain the outdoor spaces to a high standard.
• Follow health and safety procedures and complete required checks.
• Report any hazards to the location manager to maintain a safe environment.
