Orca Cleaning Ltd is a Dundee-based cleaning and property services company, offering a wide range of domestic and commercial solutions including deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleans, and specialist treatments. We are now seeking a reliable and multi-skilled Handyperson to join our growing team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
• Over 21 years old (for insurance purposes)
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a handyperson role preferred
• Basic knowledge of DIY and decorating techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and attention to detail

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in different environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for a mixture of cleaning, light maintenance, and minor decorating tasks across residential and commercial sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out domestic and commercial cleaning to a high standard
• Perform minor decorating tasks (e.g., painting, touch-ups)
• Undertake general DIY and light maintenance jobs as required
• Ensure equipment and materials are used safely and properly maintained
• Drive to and from client locations (company vehicle provided)
• Provide excellent customer service on-site, representing the company professionally
