We currently have an opportunity for a Handy Person. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in the delivery of services and the completion of all assigned maintenance, grounds, lawns & cleaning tasks to achieve contractual obligations around safety, performance, quality, communications, and special school projects. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. Current vacancies: John Edmondson HS – Mon-Fri. 6.30am-2.30pm What You’ll Do (key responsibilities) This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: * Maintain site grounds and lawns * Undertake minor building maintenance and repairs * Ensure the completion of all on site Facilities Management Services and control of associated contractors * Ensure school is opened on time each morning * Provide detailed accurate ad/hoc reporting What You’ll Bring (experience required) * Landscaping and/or grounds maintenance experience highly desirable * Experience in general maintenance and repairs essential * Understanding of OH&S regulations. * Current Driver’s Licence * Good communication and interpersonal skills More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
