Position: Handyperson
Location: Riverside Quarter
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 - 1700
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Contract: Permanent

DEVELOPMENT DETAILS:

Riverside Quarter is a large and vibrant estate comprising 740 residential units, 9 blocks, 30 commercial units, and a team of 18 staff. The team is seeking a highly capable, customer-focused handyperson to support day-to-day maintenance across the development.
A qualification as an electrician is highly desirable for this role.

As a Handyperson at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:

  • Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, this includes tasks like changing light bulbs, repairing items, clearing drains and keeping the environment safe and clean.
  • Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries
