工作职责 (包括但不限于以下工作) 1、 负责区域市场竞品的调研与分析,并完成例行的市场调研报告; 2、 根据公司整体经营目标配合高级经理做好销售预算、销售策略与销售管理执行; 3、 根据营销策略与计划,参与制定和调整营销方案与宣传推广方案; 4、 负责销售现场日常管理工作与豪宅客户的维护、谈判技巧; 5、 制定现场销售工作流程和标准,组建销售团队并负责培训与指导; 6、 负责协调公司内外相关部门的关系; 7、 负责销售情况的监管和跟进,按时上报销售回款情况并及时总结销售情况; 8、 配合相关部门做好项目的前期准备工作 及部门高级经理交办的其他相关事宜; 9、 负责渠道类(中介、全民营销等)资源的开拓、维护、管理; 10、上级领导交代的其他工作。
