岗位职责:1.致力为「客人」/「访客」及「租户」提供优质的礼宾服务。2.适时汇报上级及有效处理任何出现在运作上的问题。3.在礼宾柜台当值,提供增值服务等,适时处理问题和要求。4.保持柜台整齐清洁,妥善保存外借的物品,每天检查柜台所需用具及物品均保持完好齐备。5.协助处理「客人」/「访客」及「租户」的服务要求和投诉,包括记录、适时跟进及回访。6.有需要时与其他部门一同合作跟进问题和意见;及时向上级反映所接收的意见及投诉。7.为「客人」/「访客」及「租户」提供现场协助,立即通报上级,寻求协助。8.熟悉最新业务运作安排、营销活动及整个项目的相关推广活动。9.完成上级交办的其他工作任务。 应聘要求:1.中专或以上学历,有相关客服工作经验者优先2.理解为「客人」/「访客」及「租户」提供优质服务的重要性3.协调、处理和跟进事件的技巧和耐性,良好沟通技巧和语言表达能力4.具有亲和力,以及平易近人的服务态度5.富有主动性,重视细节,良好的观察能力,以及团队合作精神
