岗位职责：1. 负责日常零售招商工作（包括寻找目标客户、意向客户洽谈等）；2. 负责跟进零售客户管理工作（包括跟进合约签署进程、店铺设计装修进程、店铺日常营业事宜及合同履行情况等）;3. 负责开展市场调研及分析，收集相关零售与目标客户的资料与动态；4. 负责定期分析零售客户经营及管理情况；5. 协调公司资源，带领并指导团队成员完成相关租赁工作；6. 维护与建立良好的客户资源以及商业零售网络；7. 向上级提出有效的招商方案和建议；8. 配合其他相关部门开展工作；9. 上级交办的临时任务；10. 需要根据工作及部门要求出差。岗位要求：1. 本科或以上学历；2. 6年以上工作经验，4年商铺招商经验；3. 英语四级或以上；4. 有一定的房地产、零售业、品牌知识；5. 良好的语言表达能力及个人仪表仪态；6. 良好的沟通能力与协调组织能力,具备团队领导潜力。
