Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Hard Services Coordinator to join our Base and Estate Management team and play a key role in supporting operations across a portfolio of commercial buildings, depots, and substations. Reporting to the Facilities Director, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
Please note: This is a 12-month maximum term position that requires travel between Sydney and the Central Coast, with a Tool of Trade Vehicle (TOTV) provided.

Responsibilities

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, performance, quality, and contractual obligations.
  • Manage client relationships and chair regular meetings.
  • Coordinate reporting including monthly performance, incident investigations, and audits.
  • Supervise inductions, training, and competency tracking for internal teams and service delivery partners.
