With over 40 years as a trusted leader in Massachusetts, we provide high-quality landscaping services to both commercial and residential clients across the South Shore. Our long-standing reputation comes from the care, craftsmanship, and expertise we bring to every project. What You’ll Be Doing As a Foreman, you’ll play a key role in bringing our projects to life. You’ll lead a crew on-site and help ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Lead and manage your crew, making sure everyone is set up for success each day Lay out projects and guide the team through installations Work on a variety of builds including walkways, patios, natural stone walls, bluestone, pavers, and segmented walls Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, saws, and other tools Help maintain equipment and vehicles, keeping everything clean, safe, and in good working order What We’re Looking For At least 5 years of experience in masonry and landscape construction A valid Massachusetts driver’s license Hydraulic license is a plus Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card CDL B is preferred A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example What You’ll Get We believe in taking care of our team and creating opportunities for growth: Opportunity to work on prevailing wage jobs (based on qualifications) Paid time off Health insurance Retirement plan Boot reimbursement (up to $100) Bonuses and training incentives Pay increases for industry licenses Annual merit reviews Clear opportunities for advancement Year-round work, including snow operations participation
