Pay rate: $20-$27/hr

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3-5 years hardscape experience (retaining walls, pavers, etc)
• Must have class 5 license and clean drivers abstract
• Be a team player
• Good organization and time management skills
• Can stand, walk, and bend for long hours
• Work outside in various weather conditions
• Be open to a variety of different tasks that can differ day-to-day
• Must be able to lift 50lbs+

• Supervise and lead crew members, providing guidance, instruction, and support
• Prep job sites, including grading, excavation, and compaction
• Install pavers, retaining walls, stone patios, ect
• Operate and maintain hardscape equipment; Excavators, tampers, cut-off saws, skid steers, ect.
• Collaborate with PM’s to ensure proper project execution
• Work with other divisions within the company to complete projects
• Read blueprints and site plans
